Change Windows language and keyboard layout with one command line

My keyboard is an azerty one and i have to change the keyboard layout parameter everytime i connect to a virtual machine. On Windows it is too long to go to the right menu to change it.

I’ve found that i can change it with just one line of text, i open powershell and just use this command line :

Set-WinUserLanguageList -LanguageList fr-FR
